Shipping & Delivery

Products normally ship within 5-10 business days from the time that payment clears.  We use various shipping methods, including USPS, Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS, and we can ship both locally and nationwide.  Items purchased will include tracking number and delivery insurance so that our customers can easily keep track of the location and status of their orders at any time.

Returns & Replacements

As a valued customer, you deserve to receive the items you order in a timely manner and in perfect condition.  Any item that arrives damaged or which does not match its description in our catalog may be returned to us for—at your discretion—either a replacement product or a full refund.  Our products are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship for a period of thirty (7) days from the date they are received.  Naturally, this guarantee does not apply to items that have not been used as designed or which have otherwise experienced physical abuse.

Ordering and Payment

After selecting the item from the catalog and specifying the quantity, payment is as easy as using your PayPal or Google Checkup account.  Shipping, sales tax, and insurance—where applicable—are automatically calculated and included in the total price.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or personal checks.

Pricing & Promotions

From time to time you will notice special promotions being offered in our catalog, as well as coupons that you can use for future purchases.  In addition, at some point in the future, we might initiate a program that allows you to build "points" based upon the total cash amount of your purchases within a given period of time—points that you can use to save money on subsequent purchases at our store's site.  This would be similar to the "rewards" system that many stores are using today.  Be sure to watch for these promotions because they can save you a lot of money!

To view an order or check the status of an order simply open an account with HighpowerStore.com. Customers may also contact their PayPal and Google Checkout websites to view the status of their orders.
